How does a virtual race work? You choose the day (between May 1 & June 6, 2021), time, and place for your run (can be anywhere in the US). Take a photo on your run day (post and tag us on social media) record, & return your time form to TLC.
Honesty is integrity here as the honor system rules the house!
Prizes for all age groups and fun categories for THRIVE-A-THON participants.
Not a runner? Walking, rolling (wheelchairs) or donating to support a TLC member are also options!

THRIVE- A- Thon for members & friends: $0
Individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities or mobility challenges are invited to participate at no direct cost! Gather just five “Team Sponsors” at a minimum of $10 each and receive a race entry, tee shirt, and finisher medal!! THRIVE-A-Thon participants can track their steps/mileage over the entire duration of the race days (May 1 – June 6). Prizes will be awarded for longest distance, most days participating (minimum of ¼ mile), fastest 5K in a single day, super strides for those with mobility challenges, most sponsors. You can sponsor a THRIVE-A-THON member for as little as $10! Share a smile, show them how much you care!
